Training + Workshop Intensives
With a focus on real-time skill building, the trainings and workshops give schools, businesses, and organizations the opportunity to: engage in trauma-informed work by building strong foundational knowledge and learning best practices, improve workplace culture, and become intentional about the well-being of the team by making self-care an organizational value. Trauma-informed care is at the center of all sessions making workshops perfect for onboarding, direct care providers, and those interested in incorporating trauma-informed practices for the first time.
Training Intensives are either offered in sequenced 4-hour sessions or 8-hour full days. Workshops are at minimum 2 hrs no more than 4 hours; depending on need. Virtual training + workshop intensives can be accommodated.
Speaking and Thought Leadership
After surviving four years of childhood trauma, Brittni Kellom founded Just Speak in 2003 to use her survivor story as a tool for changing the way the world interacts with trauma and responds to youth. Gifted in her warmness, truth, and humor, Brittni is a speaker who connects from the sum of her experiences to develop and inspire.
Rest + Resilience Lab
A space for adults and youth to spend guided time building individual practices of mindfulness and self-regulation. Sessions are designed based on the needs of the individual, but the outcome is the same: mind, body, and spirit working together to create a journey of intention, restoration, and movement.
Trauma-Informed Educator Lab (TIEL)
Our coaching equips educators with the awareness and practical skills to approach themselves, teaching, curricula, and relationship building from both a trauma-informed and resilience focused lens. Labs are a yearlong series of sessions and experiences that grow the educator while strengthening the socioemotional culture for their working environment.

TIELs are held twice a year ; Fall and Spring Semester. Labs are virtual and in-person. Educators from diverse youth-centered settings and backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
