Service Description

Recovery + Resilience coaching creates and strengthens patterns of self-reflection, emotion regulation, and movement with a focus on rebounding the mind and body from traumatic response. Single sessions can address a more immediate habit like task management or a single coaching session can be used to make a schedule of self-care practices to develop change over time. The time itself is highly interactive and solely motivated by the individual with feedback showing up as practical strategy and release exercises.
