Service Description

Sound healing is experienced lying down or in the most comfortable seated position possible. The practice is guided self-reflection which grounds the mind with soothing sounds played to ease stress out of the body. Gentle movement may be integrated to assist in releasing tension. Singing bowls may be played very close to areas of the body to feel sound vibrations. *Practice is 50 minutes
